My name is Kevin Rains and I am a Wood artist and cartoonist living in Shelbyville, TN along with my lovely wife and three sons. To create my wood art, I may use chainsaws along with tools such as hand knives, gouges, chisels, rotary tools and grinders. I am a self taught artist and my pieces may be created with all or only one of these tools. From the large to the small, if I have the wood, I can probably create it.
